24 May 1919- My dear Father

 5:24

8/Queens
24. 5. 19.

My dear Father,
It occurs to me that you and Mother
would like to go to the Queens Memorial
Service at Guildford on Saturday the 31st
inst. at Holy Trinity Guildford at 3.30.
There was an advertisement in the Morning
Post of the 22nd & probably the Times of the
same day & you should check my
statement, as I have not got the paper
in front of me.
I have sent your names to the Hon.
Secretary, Memorial Service, ^ Stoughton Barracks Guildford & said
that you will pick up your tickets at the
Church Door.  A line to him will
confirm this.  I am sending Fellowes
as he will be on leave then.
Yours
Jack.
